Rich is responsible for stick building your ADU or, if you are buying a modular unit, preparing your site, foundation and utilities, directing the installation of the modular unit and handling the final finishing. Since the modulars come completely wired and plumbed, with kitchen and bathrooms installed and nearly move in ready, it is a quick process.
