John Wells has a real estate career that has included land development, senior housing development, real estate brokerage and land use planning. His formal education includes a Master's degree in International Management earned in Europe, and professional experience as dean of an undergraduate business school, economic advisor to a US State in Europe, and CEO of several startups in the US and abroad. His love of architectural design led him to this stage of this real estate career.
