Known as Accessory Dwelling Units, these homes can be rented to anyone, not just relatives as was the case with In-law apartments. So now you can add another home to your property, whether it be in your existing home, attached to it, above your garage or – as is often the case – an entirely new structure.

It can be up to half the size of your existing home, for a maximum of 950 sq. ft. That accommodates a generous 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. As you will see from our different models, we have a variety of sizes and designs. Our modular units are built off-site and installed on your property with a minimum amount of site disturbance, unless you want a full basement. The modulars are extremely strong structures (think of the crane that sets them on the footings).

By building with miminal waste, not needing to build new roads and clear more land, and extremely energy efficient, we are creating environmentally friendly additions to your property.
